Beer drinkers in Atlantic Canada will soon get a taste of Brick beer. The Ontario-based microbrewery has signed up AMCA Sales and Marketing
to bring brewers products to the East Coast in a deal to last through
2012.
Mike Smith, one of the owners of the Toothy Moose, and best known for
his role as one of the Trailer Park Boys, faces a March 12 hearing at the
Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.
The Johnson Family of The Johnson Foodservice Corporation, Stan and
Jenny Parsons of Seaside Restaurant in Trout River and the Steele
Family of Steele Hotels and Restaurants were accepted into the Hall in
mid-January.
Housed in a historic Victorian-era mansion on the shore of the
Petitcodiac River, the 15-year-old fine-dining restaurant is now a
burned out shell. The building itself was 108 years old and is to be
torn down after part of the roof collapsed.
